Scott Semple: Potman

Eye of the Day is excited to have formed a relationship with Scott Semple, Master Potter & artist.  Eye of the Day’s reputation has been formed by our custom services, providing customers with unique colors, finishes and custom fountains.  Scott Semple will be expanding our services by making  custom clay pottery  ranging from African violet planters to large residential installations in an array of custom glazes and finishes.  Scott is well known for his oversized, hand-thrown pots and we have two of these at our Carpinteria showroom.  He will be working in conjunction with Eye of the Day to produce signature pottery for some of our highly regarded designers, the first of whom is Christine London.  Christine has designed a line of pottery bearing her signature that reflects her taste as well as the artisanal skill displayed by Scott.  We are happily looking forward to a long-term partnership with this talented local artist.
