And now…a break from terracotta, brought to you from us: Eye of the Day, Terracotta Central.
You have been looking through our website, longing for some beautiful terracotta (whoops!) pots of your own, or a lovely French Bleu French Anduze pot, but alas, you are in the Hamptons and we are in Carpinteria. Yes, it is true we are a continent apart, BUT…we are becoming pro at getting you anything you want, delivered to you anywhere you want. For example, a new customer in West Palm Beach, Florida found a pot on our website that his company just had to have. He needed eleven of them. We had three. So, here’s how we do it: We immediately order eight more pots from Terrecotta San Rocco and give the customer several delivery options to choose from:
- have the pots directly sent to them from Italy via air freight for the fastest delivery,
- get the pots sent LCL or “partial load “on the next container coming into Los Angeles, and then ship from Eye of the Day to West Palm Beach,
- or have the pots loaded onto the next container from Terrecotta San Rocco to Eye of the Day, and then ship to West Palm Beach.
Another customer absolutely did NOT want to wait another moment to receive his incredible, giant terracotta pot from Italy, so as soon as he decided to get it RIGHT NOW, it was packed and shipped, and it arrived to him within a week. Success!
Of course along with these delivery options come different price options, and delivery to get your wonderful new items to you as soon as possible can cost considerably more than the more standard options. But we understand that people are anxious to get these beautiful items placed onto their property right away. We have been awake enough over the past years to observe that our products are hard to resist because of their exquisite beauty, uniqueness, craftsmanship, and overall quality.
If we have your beloved item(s) in stock at Eye of the Day, it’s even better. If you’ve ever been to our store, you know we have a HUGE amount of inventory to suit anyone’s taste and we will actually deliver anywhere within California. We have even been known to venture to Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. But if you live further afield, we are very adept at getting you a freight quote to get you the goods.
